Your username and password. When you create an account, you pick a username (shown publicly on your ratings) and a password. We don't ask for your real name, phone number, or email address. Your password is never stored in plain text — Firebase handles authentication securely on our behalf.
Your ratings and reviews. When you rate a spot, we store the scores you submitted, any notes you wrote, the date, and your username. This is the whole point of the app — that data is shared publicly with the community.
Basic usage data. Firebase and Google's infrastructure automatically collect standard server-side data like IP addresses, browser type, and when you visited. We don't actively use this to track you — it's just what comes with running a web app on Firebase Hosting.
Your username and every rating you submit are visible to anyone who uses the site. If you rate a spot, your username is attached to it. Choose your username accordingly.
Firebase (Google). Our database, authentication, and hosting all run on Firebase. Your account data and ratings are stored there. Google's privacy policy governs how they handle infrastructure-level data.
Nobody else. We don't sell your data. We don't run ads. We don't share your information with any third-party marketing services. This app exists to rank wings, not to monetize your personal information.
Your account and ratings stay in the database as long as your account exists. If you want your data deleted, email us and we'll take care of it.
This site is not intended for anyone under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we'll remove it.
If we ever meaningfully change what we collect or how we use it, we'll update this page and change the date at the top.
